Step 1) Click the Add Patient Button or the Plus icon in the top right of the screen

Step 2) Enter the patient's first name, last name, phone number, and date of birth.

Step 3) Add Search for and add the patient's ICD-10 Codes

You can add one or multiple ICD-10 codes to the same patient.

Step 4) Add the medication name, medication type, and ICD-10 Codes that the medication is designed to treat.

Step 5) Enter the serial number of the PatchCap

Step 6) Select the frequency of the medication

In this example, we will be adding a scheduled medication that should be taken every day.

Step 7) Select the daily dosing schedule for the patient for the scheduled medication

Step 8) Click the Save Button

Step 9) Confirm that the medication has been added correctly

Step 10) Click "Add an additional Medication" to add a second medication

Step 11) Enter the medication information and PatchCap serial number

Step 12) In this example, we will be adding a PRN.

Select the number of doses and the frequency, and save the medication.

Step 13) Confirm that all medication information is correct

Step 14) Play the video on the screen for the patient to ensure they receive the proper education on how to set up their PatchCap and Gateway devices

Step 15) Have the patient check off both agreements on the screen to continue.

That's it! Your patient is now added to PatchRx and you're ready to start monitoring their compliance data.
